We got tired of org charts that were out of date the moment they were printed.
ArxOrg is a small team based in Mumbai. We work with HR and ops leaders who are done guessing about their own structure.
A note from the founder
I've sat through enough leadership reviews where someone pulls up an org chart from a slide deck, and the first five minutes get spent arguing about whether it's even still accurate. That's the problem we're trying to fix: a structure that keeps itself current and can tell you what changed and why, instead of a dashboard that gets opened once and forgotten.
Leaders still decide who reports to whom — we're not trying to take that over. We just want the call made on what's true today, not on a chart that was accurate back in March.

No vanity dashboards
If a chart wouldn't survive being pulled up live in a leadership meeting, we don't ship it.
We say no a lot
Most feature requests are useful for one company and confusing for everyone else. We keep the product narrow on purpose.
