We pull employee, manager, role, team, and cost data — from Workday, BambooHR, an internal warehouse table, whatever you've actually got. If the data is messy, which it usually is, we clean it up before it ever hits a dashboard.
From there it's structure health, manager load, team composition, movement over time, and side-by-side comparisons for whenever something changes.
What it actually calculates
Span, layers, load, movement — the numbers you'd work out by hand in a spreadsheet if you had the patience for it.
